Data Processing
This Jobsite collects a variety of personal data, such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and other information from you. DENSO collects personal data for the recruitment of new employees. The data provided by you on the application form will be collected in a database that will be reviewed by our Human Resource Department. The Human Resource Department will then confirm receipt of your application by e-mail. All further correspondence will be sent to your home address by ordinary mail and/or e-mail. Please note that if you decide not to provide personal information, you cannot apply for a vacancy.

Consent
You hereby unambiguously agree that DENSO may process (collect, use, store, maintain, transfer, and delete) your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. DENSO will take appropriate security measures to ensure your privacy rights pursuant to Dutch law.

Your rights
Under applicable local law, you have the right to (i) check whether DENSO holds personal data about you, (ii) access that data, and (iii) correct any personal data about you that is incorrect.

DENSO reserves the right to use aggregated data (data that is not individually identifiable). Such aggregate data are for internal use, e.g., how many applicants have visited the Jobsite.

This Jobsite does not use "cookie" technology, but does log IP addresses and browser information for purposes of system administration, identifying technical difficulties, evaluating traffic patterns and usage of this Jobsite, and also providing content relevant to visitors to this Jobsite.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Jobsite is protected by intellectual property rights. You may download material displayed on the Jobsite for non-commercial, personal use only, provided you also retain and do not alter any copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. DENSO does not authorize you to distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, report, decompile, reverse engineer or use the contents of the Jobsite for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video, and you should not do so without prior written permission from DENSO.

No Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Your use and browsing of the Jobsite is at your own risk. DENSO or any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Jobsite will not be liable, on whatever basis, for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising out of your access to, visit or use of the Jobsite. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if DENSO was advised of the possibility of such damages, except in case when the damages were caused intentionally or due to gross negligence of DENSO or its executive management. There is no warranty that your access to or use of this Jobsite will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any particular results may be obtained by use of this Jobsite.
Without limiting the foregoing, you recognize that use of this Jobsite is without warranty of any kind, and any material on this Jobsite is provided "as is".

DENSO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND RELATED TO THIS JOBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OVER ITS USE, CONTENT OR MAINTENANCE, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM ANY COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OR TRADE PRACTICE.

DENSO assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damages to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing the Jobsite or your downloading of any materials, images, content, data, images, video or audio files, etc. from the Jobsite.
You agree that DENSO may terminate your access to and use of the Jobsite at any time, without prior notice, if it believes you have violated any of this Privacy Policy. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DENSO, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Jobsite from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation by you of this Privacy Policy. Termination will not affect either party's rights or obligations which accrued before the termination.

Severability
In the event any of the provisions of this Privacy Policy would be held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be unimpaired and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be replaced by such enforceable provision(s) as comes closest to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision(s).

Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
