In April 1999 DENSO became 100% owner of this former Magneti Marelli manufacturing plant and the new company was named DENSO Manufacturing Midlands. In July 2007 DENSO Manufacturing Midlands officially moved from the original site in Hall Green to its current premises in Minworth. 

The original site, originally established in 1934, was an old and traditional factory that was very expensive to maintain and no longer suitable for DENSO’s modern requirements. All associates worked hard to carry out this complex move, which was carried out without interruption of supply to customers.
