| Cooling Fan |
 |
The cooling fan, designed for automotive applications, is usually positioned behind the radiator. In some applications fans are placed in front of heat exchangers to increase the flow of cooling air while travelling at low speed or when stationary. To avoid useless fuel consumption, the solenoid valve is activated only in case of need by means of sensors detecting the temperature of the engine coolant and the pressure of the air conditioning system. Cars with air conditioning systems use more powerful solenoid valves to increase the flow of air through the radiator. Thanks to accurate fluids dynamics calculations, DENSO fans guarantee noise reduction and increased efficiency.
