| Spark Plugs |
After the spark plugs are fitted the insulator is loose inside the metal shell. Are the plugs bad? |
All spark plugs are checked in the factory. Therefore a loose insulator can only come from incorrect installation. In all of these cases, the spark plugs are severely overtightened. The condition of the gasket and possible toolmarks on the hexagon are an indication of installation with excessive torque. |
